Charles Navarro

Founding Partner

After completing his bachelor’s and master’s degrees at the University of Freiburg, Charles began his career at the Secretariat of the Competition Commission.

He trained as a lawyer in a large law firm in Geneva. From 2014 he worked as a public prosecutor for the Office of the Attorney General of Switzerland, mainly in the field of international white-collar crime, in particular money laundering.

Charles also holds a certificate in advanced studies in criminal justice.

In 2019 he founded his own law firm in Freiburg and practices throughout Switzerland.

Nicolas Graber

Founding Partner

After studying business law in France (University of Paris II-Panthéon Assas), in Germany (Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich) and in Switzerland (University of Freiburg), Nicolas specialized in banking.

Nicolas initially worked in the legal and compliance department of a large Zurich banking institution and later successively took over the management of several compliance departments of private banks in Liechtenstein. He supported these institutes in their modernization and internationalization processes.

Today, Nicolas advises financial intermediaries and private individuals on all compliance procedures for banks and sits on boards of directors of companies and foundations in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Nicolas received in 2020 a certification as a Digital Legal Officer from the University of Liechtenstein.

Olivier Ferraz

Founding Partner

After completing his master’s degree in law at the University of Freiburg, Olivier became a lawyer and then a notary in Freiburg.

In 2016 Olivier founded his law firm in Freiburg. Immediately thereafter, he expanded his activities to the entire French-speaking part of Switzerland.

In 2018 he received the notary’s license and a patent granted by the canton of Freiburg. Since then Olivier has been practicing lawyer and notary at the same time.

Olivier mainly works as a lawyer in the areas of real estate, family and inheritance law as well as corporate law.
